Even with the price of fuel now days we still do onsite service calls. You don’t have the time or gas to drop it off, no problems we will come to your home or home business. Home networking would have to be an onsite call.
In-shop repairs are flat rates (cheaper) not hourly. For instance repairs on site that would take more than 2 hours would be quoted a flat rate and repaired at the shop. Data recovery and all laptop repairs are done in-shop.
